Memberships are 12-month exterior care plans billed monthly. Included services are scheduled throughout the membership year. Custom pricing applies for larger homes, roof access, heavy buildup, premium territories, oversized flatwork, or specialty surfaces.
Exterior Prime memberships are designed to maintain a clean home after the initial reset. They are not unlimited cleaning plans. If a member cancels after receiving services whose standard value exceeds payments made, Exterior Prime may charge the difference between payments collected and the standard value of services already completed, subject to the written membership agreement. Territory adjustments apply for Lathrop (+10%), Tracy (+12%), Mountain House (+25%), and Stockton (+5%). Final pricing is confirmed before any membership is activated. California automatic renewal law applies; full written terms provided before enrollment.
