What is permanent holiday lighting?

Permanent holiday lighting is a slim track of individually addressable LEDs installed under your fascia or soffit and controlled from an app — one system that covers Christmas, holidays, events and everyday architectural lighting.

It replaces the annual routine entirely. Instead of hanging strings in November and pulling them down in January, the hardware stays in place and only the scene changes. Because each LED is addressable, the same run can show alternating red and green in December, a single dimmed warm white in February, and orange in October without anyone touching a ladder.

How the system is installed

1. 1

   Measurement and layout

   We measure every linear foot of eave, fascia, gable and garage roofline you want lit, then map the runs so each track terminates at an architectural line instead of stopping mid-wall. You get the layout and the price in writing before anything is ordered.

2. 2

   Track and channel fit

   A slim aluminum channel is fastened under the fascia or soffit and color-matched to your trim. Individually addressable LEDs seat inside the channel facing outward, so from the street you see light, not hardware.

3. 3

   Power, controller and app

   Runs are wired back to a weather-rated transformer and controller at a discreet exterior location near an existing outlet. We pair the controller to your Wi-Fi, load your scenes and walk you through the app before we leave.

4. 4

   Cleanup and walkthrough

   Ladders, offcuts and packaging leave with us. We walk the perimeter with you at dusk to confirm alignment, brightness and scene behavior, then photograph the finished elevations for your file.

Single-story and two-story layouts

Ranch and single-story homes

Most single-story front elevations are one continuous run plus the garage eave. Lower linear footage keeps the investment down, and the whole install is typically finished in a day.

Two-story and multi-peak homes

Second-story rooflines and gable peaks are what make a display read from the street. We map those runs first, then decide with you whether lower eaves and the entry are worth adding.
